About Pilgovy

Pilgovy is an independent price comparison directory for the UK GLP-1 pill market. Our goal is simple: help people find the most cost-effective, legitimate source for their medication without the guesswork.

How Listings Are Sourced

Every pharmacy listed on Pilgovy has been researched and added manually. We only include pharmacies that are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and are authorised to dispense prescription medication in the UK.

Prices are taken directly from each pharmacy's website. We do not accept payment from pharmacies in exchange for inclusion or higher placement in the directory. Listings are ranked based on the criteria you select — price or Trustpilot rating — not commercial relationships.

GPhC Registration

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is the regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy premises in Great Britain. All online pharmacies dispensing in the UK must be registered with the GPhC.

We display each pharmacy's GPhC registration number so you can independently verify their status at pharmacyregulation.org.

How We Verify Prices

Prices in this market change frequently — sometimes weekly. We aim to check and update every listing at least once a week. Each entry includes a "Last Verified" date so you can see exactly when the price was last confirmed.

Despite our best efforts, prices may have changed since our last check. Always confirm the final price on the pharmacy's own website before completing a purchase.
